PWR!Moves Parkinson's Exercise Class
This is an 8-week course, in partnership with Si View Metro Parks. PWR!Moves® is a Parkinson's-specific exercise program designed to improve mobility, strength, and function. Each movement targets skills that commonly decline with PD and can be adapted to meet individual needs and abilities. Whether used in a group class or daily routine. PWR!Moves help reduce symptoms and support independence - empowering you to move better and live well! Note: Physician clearance is required prior to participation to ensure safe and appropriate engagement in this program.
