These one-hour group treatment sessions are custom designed to foster social engagement, improve physical and cognitive function, and support emotional well-being in a familiar and supportive setting.

Parkinson’s Disease Exercise Classes - Coming Fall 2025!

Led by a trained recreational therapist and Parkinson’s Wellness Recovery (PWR!) certified professional, each class combines evidence-based techniques with personalized attention to help participants move with more confidence and ease.
